What will you be learning in class?
Lifetime Movement Activities: We will be learning to become successful efficient movers at your own pace. We will learn some skills needed for familiar and different activities, games and sports. Maybe you are good at something and don't even know it!!!
Physical Activity and Health: You will learn and know why it is important to be ACTIVE! We will address your health and fitness needs with Fitness Best assessments in the Fall and Spring.
Self-confidence and Self-acceptance - as your teacher I am excited to get to know you and see what you can do. Everyone who tries and does their best is a winner!
Respect for the differences and capabilities of others - our expectations and levels of awareness will permit you to watch and learn from fellow classmates and your classmates will watch and learn from you!
